Daviess County HS logoLEXINGTON, Ky. (12/31/17) — Daviess County fell to Bryan Station in double overtime in the Traditional Bank Holiday Classic at Lexington Catholic High School on Friday. Bryan Station managed to defeat Daviess County 72-67.

With the loss, Daviess County dropped to 10-5.

Bryan Station improved to 12-1 with the win.

The Defenders outscored the Panthers 11-5 in overtime to earn the victory.

Eric Boone scored a game-high 25 points to lead current 11th Region frontrunner Bryan Station to the win.

Four Bryan Station players reached double figures in the scoring column as Keaton Simpson posted 14 points and Terrance Clayton-Murphy and James Lindsey netted 11 points apiece.

Blake Boswell paced Daviess County with a team-high 24 points. Nick Driskill scored 14 points and Caden Coomes contributed 12 points as three Panthers reached double figures in the scoring column.
