WC logoDIXON, Ky. (2/13/18) — Webster County dominated at home on Monday night, leveling visiting Livingston Central 71-41 in a late-season girls' high school basketball game.

With the win, Webster County improved to 22-6.

Livingston Central dropped to 13-13 with the loss.

Webster County used a balanced offensive attack to win convincingly.

Karlie Keeney, one of the top girls' basketball players in the Second Region, led the Lady Trojans with a team-high 19 points.

Webster County featured four scorers in double figures as Jessica Winders and Sadie Wurth posted 11 points apiece and Marissa Austin netted 10 points.

The Lady Trojans took control early. Webster County doubled up Livingston Central 44-22 in the first half and added to its lead after intermission.

Tabby Padon paced Livingston Central in the loss, scoring a game-high 20 points for the Lady Cardinals.
