muhl mustangs1 300PRINCETON, Ky. (5/13/18) — Nick Casey pitched a complete-game four-hitter to lead visiting Muhlenberg County past Caldwell County 5-1 in a high school baseball game on Saturday.

With the win, Muhlenberg County improved to 16-11.

Caldwell County dropped to 19-6 with the loss.

Casey recorded eight strikeouts in his winning performance.

The Mustangs doubled up Caldwell County 8-4 in the hits column and won despite committing three errors.

Carson McKinney drilled a pair of double for Muhlenberg County in the victory. Contributing at the plate for the Mustangs, Peyton Lipe chipped in two hits and Drew Travis contributed a two-run single.

Caldwell County pitcher Noah Brown took the loss.
