norris arrestOWENSBORO, Ky. (11/20/17) — A recent tip led Kentucky State Police to an Owensboro gas station, which resulted in drug charges for a man working there.

KSP said the information received indicated the man was selling meth at the Circle K gas station on Kentucky 144.

A KSP trooper made contact with 37-year-old Billy Norris of Maceo Nov. 18 and charged him with first-degree possession of a controlled substance/meth – first offense and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.

Norris is being held in the Daviess County Detention Center on 10 percent of a $25,000 bond.
