patton arrestOWENSBORO, Ky. (12/30/17) — An Owensboro man with an active warrant faces drug charges after Kentucky State Police made a stop for traffic violations

KSP said Stephen Patton was driving on Kentucky 144 after midnight today and an investigation revealed he was in possession of marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Patton was charged with no registration plates, no registration receipt, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia – buy/possess, first-degree possession of a controlled substance/meth – first offense and on a warrant for non-payment of fines.

Patton, 25, is being held in the Daviess County Detention Center.
