BURGLARY DOORDAVIESS COUNTY, Ky. (1/10/18) — A large inventory of handguns and a rifle were stolen during an overnight break in at an Daviess County business.

Daviess County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded at 7:45 a.m. to Whitaker Guns at 6976 W. Louisville Lane to the report of a burglary. Authorities said 40 – 50 handguns and a rifle were taken and the front window to the business was broken out.

DCSO Criminal Investigations Division is investigating along with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
