arvin arrestOWENSBORO, Ky. (4/13/18) — A Daviess County Grand Jury recently returned an indictment for a 29-year-old Owensboro man accused of sexual abuse and sodomy involving a victim under the age of 12.

Kentucky State Police began an investigation three months ago into allegations of sexual abuse involving a juvenile. After presenting its case to a grand jury, an indictment warrant was issued for Isaac J. Arvin of Owensboro.

KSP charged Arvin yesterday with two counts of first-degree sodomy/victim under age 12, a Class A felony, and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse/victim under age 12, a Class C felony.

Arvin is being held in the Daviess County Detention Center on a $100,000 full cash bond.
