green river district HDOWENSBORO, Ky. (7/9/18) — Green River District Health Department is advising restaurants that cook and prepare food to serve to the public must have adequate water pressure for functioning restrooms and handwashing to remain in operation.

GRDHD advised via social media establishments experiencing a total loss of water pressure should close immediately and those with adequate water that are in the boil water notice area only operate if they comply with GRDHD operational procedures for retail food establishments.
