Bistro 10 30 2aHENDERSON, Ky. (10/30/17) — Kyndle conducted a ribbon cutting ceremony recently in welcoming new restaurant owners Kiran & Nisha Patel at “The Bistro Food and Drink.”

The establishment is located inside the Ramada Inn off the U.S. 41 Strip in Henderson.

The Bistro opened a few weeks ago. Daily hours of operation are 4 p.m.-close. Patel noted, “close” means, “When everyone is gone.”

The Bistro served food during Kyndle’s 4th Friday Networking Luncheon in the Ramada’s conference room, while speakers including Chuck Stinnett, vice president of Chamber Services for Kyndle, and Henderson Mayor Steve Austin spoke on recent growth in Henderson County.

“I believe Henderson’s leadership within the city is a big part of the recent economic growth in Henderson.” said Austin. “About five years ago, people were saying that it is hard to do business in Henderson and even harder to open a business. I feel we have changed all of that and made it a goal to make it easy for people to locate in Henderson and start a business in Henderson.”

The mayor also mentioned the city is working on new ways to make the process of opening a business or relocating to Henderson easier.
