Henderson Seal 01 300HENDERSON, Ky. (12/20/17) — The payment deadline for some customers of city of Henderson utilities will be extended due to a delay in the mailing of utility bills by the billing vendor, city officials reported.

Utility bills that were scheduled to be mailed Dec. 13 were sent today. On bills stating a due date of Dec. 25 – the deadline will be extended to Tuesday, Jan. 2.

This delay impacts utility customers in the area of the city east of U.S. 41 along the U.S. 60 corridor. (Account numbers begin with the numeral 1.)

Utility customers can sign up to view bills online and receive an email notices about availability. To do so, visit www.cityofhendersonky.org, hover on “Department” and click on the “Utilities” button under finance. There will be a quick link to “View Your Utility Bills.”
