pedestrian hit 300

UPDATE: HENDERSON, Ky. (12/11/18) — Henderson Police Department reported a pedestrian who stepped in front of a vehicle at 301 S. Green St. Monday night resulted in non-life-threatening injuries.

HPD officers responded at 9:10 p.m., where Zachary Dosset, 36 of Henderson, was driving south on Green, when 25-year-old Stanley Puckett crossed the street and stepped in front of the driver, police indicated.

Dossett told officers Puckett came from the Clay Street area and was unable to stop before striking him, according to the report.

Puckett was taken to St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, Indiana for treatment.

HENDERSON, Ky. (12/10/18) — Henderson Police and Fire departments along with EMS have responded to the scene of a vehicle vs pedestrian incident tonight in downtown Henderson.

Around 9 p.m., a person was struck along the 300 block of South Green Street in front of Dodge Store.

A man was seen lying on the ground unresponsive, with possible head injuries.
