drug arrests1 300HENDERSON, Ky. (6/8/19) — A Henderson driver and his passenger were charged with drug possession following a traffic stop this week.

Henderson Police Department reported stopping Roland Tyler, 54, who ran a stop sign in the 100 block and Mill Street. Dispatch confirmed Tyler had outstanding Vanderburgh and Gibson County, Indiana warrants.

During the Wednesday search, officers found a plastic bag containing a white, crystallized substance believed to be methamphetamine on the passenger side and a glass pipe in Tyler’s pocket, according to the report.

Tyler was served two warrants and additionally charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.

Bridgett McGuire, 41 of Henderson, was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
