De’Antre Mayes, 19 of Madisonville, receiving stolen property (less than $10,000), identity theft, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree wanton endangerment.

Monica Pass, 19 of Madisonville, receiving stolen property (less than $10,000), second-degree hindering apprehension, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree wanton endangerment.

Marion Robinson, 26 of Madisonville, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine/2 or more grams), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree persistent felony offender.

Christopher Rolley, 48 of Greenville, speeding 26 mph over limit, driving without tail lights, first-degree fleeing police in a vehicle, first-degree wanton endangerment, disregarding stop sign, DUI, resisting arrest, expired license plate, no insurance, reckless driving, suspended or revoked license, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, controlled substance in improper container, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

David Schanmier, 52 of Dawson Springs, resisting arrest, third-degree assault/law enforcement officer, giving officer false name or address, attempt to disarm a peace officer, harboring a vicious animal, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Dawn Thompson, 41 of Earlington, three counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth/2 grams or more) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Blondy Winters, 25 of Dawson Springs, trafficking in marijuana (less than 5 pounds/weapon enhanced), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth/2 or more grams/weapon enhanced), possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Theotis Avery, 40 of Madisonville, two counts of third-degree assault of a peace officer and resisting arrest.

Joshua Bean, 27 of Nortonville, trafficking in marijuana (less than 5 pounds), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), second-degree possession of a controlled substance, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, first-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree persistent felony offender.

Roger Bean, 52 of Madisonville, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jesse Cowan, 35 of Madisonville, receiving stolen property (less than $10,000/vehicle) and second-degree persistent felony offender.

Daniel Garcia, 33 of Madisonville, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.

Jason Hilt, 30 of Dawson Springs, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

Jordan Kirkwood, 25 of Madisonville, possession of synthetic drugs (second or subsequent offense).

Michael Lear, 33 of Nortonville, receiving stolen property (less than $10,000/four-wheeler) and first-degree persistent felony offender.

Jeremy Littlepage, 37 of Madisonville, violation of a Kentucky EPO and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

Gregory Matchem, 30 of Madisonville, intimidating a participant in the legal process.

Virginia Payne, 30 of Madisonville, possession of synthetic drugs (second or subsequent offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason Schomer, 33 of Madisonville, receiving stolen property (less than $10,000).

Timothy Warner, 32 of Madisonville, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (2 grams or more of meth), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth/less than 2 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Pamela Williams, 56 of Madisonville, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, fraudulent use of an ID card or electronic code for benefits and first-degree persistent felony offender.

Casey Adcock, 37 of Madisonville, no seat belts, possession of synthetic drugs, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gilbert Brown, 33 of Hopkinsville, improper turn signal, possession of open alcohol container in a vehicle, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and first-degree persistent felony offender.

Ryan Bryant, 33 of Madisonville, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth/2 grams or greater), trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces), possession of drug paraphernalia and trafficking in synthetic drugs (second or subsequent offense).

Gregory Faith, 44 of Mortons Gap, theft by unlawful taking (less than $1 million/bull dozer) and second-degree persistent felony offender.

Timothy Franklin, 32 of Madisonville, driving with no brake lights, receiving stolen property (firearm), convicted felon in possession of a firearm, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth/less than 2 grams), first-degree possession of a controlled substance, failure to yield to a pedestrian, no turn signal and first-degree persistent felony offender.

Jarrod Gentry, 28 of Madisonville, trafficking in marijuana (less than 5 pounds) and second-degree persistent felony offender.

Omar Gonzalez of Madisonville, five counts of complicity to commit fraudulent use of an ID or electronic code for benefits.

Justin Goode, 27 of Nortonville, possession of synthetic drugs (second or subsequent offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Salim Gowani, 54 of Madisonville, trafficking in synthetic drugs and trafficking in salvia.

Shabana Gowani, 41 of Madisonville, trafficking in synthetic drugs and trafficking in salvia.

Tyler Gray, 19 of Evansville, Indiana, second-degree robbery.

Matthew Jackson, 33 of Nortonville, first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, reckless driving, disregarding a stop sign, driving with expired license plates and first-degree persistent felony offender.

Michael Jones, 45 of Madisonville, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.

Raymond Marvin, 52 of Dawson Springs, possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The grand jury returned the following no true bills (not indicted):

Elanda Tidwell was cleared of second-degree assault/domestic violence and first-degree wanton endangerment charges.

Jose Juan Olvera Onofre was cleared of a first-degree sexual abuse charge.

Joshua Slaton was cleared of first-degree wanton endangerment.
