Ohio County High Bball hardwoodGREENVILLE, Ky. (12/16/18) — Winning on a neutral floor, Ohio County downed Todd County Central 68-54 in the First State Bank Tip-off Classic at Muhlenberg County High School on Saturday.

With the win, Ohio County evened its overall record to 4-4.

Todd County Central dropped to 3-5 with the loss.

Trey Lewis drained four three-point field goals and scored a team-high 18 points to lead Ohio County to the victory. Following Lewis in double figures for the Eagles, Tripp Manning netted 14 points. Joining Lewis and Manning in double figures and recording a double-double for Ohio County, Shane Frady netted 10 points and grabbed 11 rebounds.

Ohio County shook off a slow start to earn the win. After facing a five-point deficit at the conclusion of the opening quarter, Ohio County outscored Todd County Central 25-7 in the second quarter to lead 33-20 at halftime.

John Calvery led Todd County Central with a game-high 20 points. Clayte Weathers and Kimahri Briggs accompanied Calvery in double figures for the Rebels, finishing with 14 points and 10 points, respectively.
