Manuel Santos Lopez Coto of Madisonville was charged April 15 with DUI, no driver’s license and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Kevin C. Cook of Madisonville was charged April 16 with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree wanton endangerment.

Shana M. Wood of Madisonville was charged April 13 with failure to appear.

Melissa D. Harper of Greenville was charged April 14 with 10 counts of theft by deception (less than $500).

Mary Nally of Madisonville was charged April 15 with third-degree assault (police officer), second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Christopher R. Boyd of Earlington was charged April 13 with failure to appear.

Jarron L. Ramsey of Madisonville was charged April 13 with contempt of court.

Calvin J. Dunn of Madisonville was charged April 14 with public intoxication and third-degree criminal trespassing.

William C. Howton of Madisonville was charged April 13 with first-degree stalking and tampering with a witness.

Michael S. West of Clay was charged April 13 with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication (excludes alcohol).

Benjamin D. Gunn of Madisonville was charged April 13 with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater or equal to 2 grams of meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication (excludes alcohol).

Zachary Ray McKenney of Madisonville was charged April 13 with contempt of court.

Bobby Allan Kittinger of Madisonville was charged April 13 with theft by unlawful taking (less than $500).

Alexis Rae Hibbs of Madisonville was charged April 13 with speeding 15 mph over limit, DUI and possession of an open alcohol container in a vehicle.

Jessie B. Gobin of Madisonville was charged April 13 with failure to appear (Daviess County), contempt of court, failure to appear (Webster County) and possession of marijuana.

Mandy M. White of Madisonville was charged April 14 with fourth-degree assault-domestic violence.

Preston J. Quillen of Madisonville was charged April 14 with receiving stolen property-less than $10,000 (Muhlenberg County).

Amber D. Conrad of Clay was charged April 13 with public intoxication (excludes alcohol), third-degree criminal trespassing, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater or equal to 2 grams of meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of synthetic drugs and first-degree promoting contraband.

Joshua A. Laprado of Dawson Springs was charged April 13 with contempt of court (Muhlenberg County) and failure to appear.

Brandie R. McGowan of Madisonville was charged April 13 with two counts of failure to appear and identity theft.

Brittany S. Simms of Madisonville was charged April 14 with receiving stolen property-less than $10,000 (Muhlenberg County).

Austin Drake Berry of Henderson was charged April 14 with disregarding stop sign, no insurance card, possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a vehicle and DUI.

Lindsey Nicole Norris of Evansville, Indiana was charged April 14 with fugitive from another state (Vanderburgh County, Indiana).

Hector Daniel Rivera Angulo of Sebree was charged April 14 with DUI, no insurance card and vehicle running unattended.

Yolani Del Carmen Mejia Deras of Madisonville was charged April 14 with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and permitting unlicensed person to drive vehicle.

Alvie Dewayne Martin of Calhoun was charged April 15 with failure to appear.
