Eric Keith Moore of Madisonville was charged Sept. 16 with contempt of court.

Cassidy D. Lindsey of Madisonville was charged Sept. 16 with third-degree criminal trespassing.

Nicholas J. Deramo of Madisonville was charged Sept. 16 with failure to pay court costs or fines.

Kenneth E. Dalton of Madisonville was charged Sept. 14 with second-degree disorderly conduct.

Cassidy D. Lindsey of Madisonville was charged Sept. 16 with public intoxication (excludes alcohol).

Zachary T. Higgins of Hanson was charged Sept. 16 with fourth-degree assault.

Tiffany J. Rigney of Madisonville was charged Sept. 15 with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth-greater or equal to 2 grams), tampering with physical evidence, improper turning and one headlight.

Jeremy L. Hamby of Island was charged Sept. 15 with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth-greater or equal to 2 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Jamahlyn E. Campbell of White Plains was charged Sept. 15 with public intoxication.

Steven A. Brooks of Providence was charged Sept. 15 with DUI.

Christopher L. Blair of Madisonville was charged Sept. 15 with receiving stolen property (less than $500).

Tyler Lee Craig of Madisonville was charged Sept. 14 with fourth-degree assault-domestic violence.

Kyle B. McNeil of White Plains was charged Sept. 14 with failure to appear.

Maurice J. Day of Madisonville was charged Sept. 14 with failure to appear (Muhlenberg County) and failure to pay court costs or fines.

Ronald Lee Sanders of Nebo was charged Sept. 14 with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.

Bobby E. Arnett was charged Sept. 14 with theft by unlawful taking (less than $500).

Christina A. Merrell of Nebo was charged Sept. 14 with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.

Eric K. Oldham of Madisonville was charged Sept. 17 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of synthetic drugs (second or subsequent offense).

Kaitlyn C. Dietz of Madisonville was charged Sept. 17 with tampering with physical evidence, possession of synthetic drugs and public intoxication (excludes alcohol).

Francisco Ibanez Garcia of Madisonville was charged Sept. 16 with fourth-degree assault-domestic violence.

Jeremy L. Hamby of Island was charged Sept. 16 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin).
