Hannah E. Duncan of Livermore was charged Feb. 10 with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Austin Gibson of Madisonville was charged Feb. 8 with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO and second-degree burglary.

Travis John Vincent of Greenville was charged Feb. 10 with failure to appear in court (Muhlenberg County).

Jason Scott Nelson of Clay was charged Feb. 9 with contempt of court.

Jennifer Day of Madisonville was charged Feb. 11 with failure to appear and served a Muhlenberg County warrant on the charge of failure to appear.

Alexis Hibbs of Madisonville was charged Feb. 9 with three counts of theft by deception (less than $500).

Kenneth Helms of Madisonville was charged Feb. 11 with failure to appear.

Richard l. Cotton, address unknown, was charged Feb. 9 with public intoxication and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Kyle B. McNeil of Madisonville was charged Feb. 9 with failure to appear.

Tony D. Hall of Madisonville was charged Feb. 8 with driving on a suspended or revoked license and no registration plates.

Keenan L. Johnson of Madisonville was charged Feb. 8 with theft by unlawful taking (less than $10,000).

Connie A. Love of Madisonville was charged Feb. 8 with failure to appear (Caldwell County).

Linda Marie Sanders, address unknown, was charged Feb. 9 with public intoxication.

Kenneth Pleasant of Madisonville was charged Feb. 9 with three counts of fraudulent use of credit card reported lost or stolen (less than $500 within a six-month period).

Jeremy L. Gidcumb of Drakesboro was charged Feb. 9 with two counts of failure to pay court costs or fines and (Muhlenberg County).

Kevin H. Couch of Madisonville was charged Feb. 9 with no driver’s license.
