BruchMADISONVILLE, Ky. (2/28/19) — Another suspect is being held in a Florida Jail in connection to the Feb. 4 shooting death of a Madisonville woman.

Madisonville Police Department reported today further investigation led to charges of robbery and facilitation to commit murder for 22-year-old Madisonville resident Ryne Bruch. The warrant was issued for Bruch Feb. 13.

Mar’Keil Foster, 20 of Madisonville, was listed as being held in Hopkins County Jail on $50,000 cash bond this morning, following his Feb. 6 arrest in connection to the investigation. He faces charges of murder and first-degree robbery.

According to MPD, Bruch has been identified as the individual who drove Mar’Keil Foster and a third accomplice to the Sugg Street residence of Dominick Yarbrough and Ashley Egan Feb. 4. Police are still seeking the whereabouts of the third male accomplice in connection to the incident. He has not yet been identified.

Police said Bruch was taken to Volusia County Jail in Florida, where he was booked Tuesday on a fugitive from justice charge. An extradition hearing is pending to bring Bruch back to Madisonville on charges.

“Foster and the third man entered the home under the guise of completing a drug transaction while Bruch remained in the vehicle,” MPD wrote, regarding the Feb. 4 incident. “The third accomplice produced a weapon and demanded the money from the victims that had been agreed upon for the purchase of the narcotics … Foster and the third accomplice ran from the residence and all three offenders then fled the scene. It was learned that Bruch fled Hopkins County within a few days of the incident and went to Florida.”

Egan, 26, died a short time after being gunned down in her home around 10:30 p.m., according to previous reports. Her fiancé, 24-year-old Yarbrough, was shot in the leg and called 911 for help outside his home.

MPD previously reported an argument inside the mobile home led to a volley of gunfire. Foster was picked up by Clarksville Police Department in Tennessee.

Police ask anyone with information to call Detective Sean McCance at (270) 821-1720 or Crime Stoppers at (270) 825-1111.
