KSP logoNORTONVILLE, Ky. (3/12/19) — A Hopkins County woman faces drug charges following a weekend traffic stop.

Kentucky State Police Post 2 reported Trooper Trevor High witnessed a tan Mercury van traveling carelessly along Red Hill Road 10:48 p.m. Friday in Nortonville.

After stopping the van, the trooper detected a marijuana odor, while speaking to a passenger identified as Allison Deboe, 25 of White Plains. KSP reported Deboe was in possession of substances believed to be marijuana, meth, drug paraphernalia consistent with drug-trafficking and ecstasy.

She was charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine-less than 2 grams), trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces) and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than 10 dosage units-unspecified).

The driver was not charged, KSP reported.

Deboe was listed as released from Hopkins County Jail Monday on her own recognizance.
