murder INVESTIGATIONMADISONVILLE, Ky. (3/19/19) — A third suspect related to a Madisonville murder and robbery investigation at a home off Sugg Street was extradited from Memphis, Tennessee to Hopkins County Jail today.

Madisonville Police Department reported this evening Herman Roberts, 24 of Madisonville, has been identified as the third accomplice in the Feb. 4 shooting. Madisonville residents Mar’Keil Foster, 20, and Ryne Bruch, 22, were each previously charged last month with first-degree robbery and murder.

Police say Roberts accompanied Foster, brandished a weapon and demanded an agreed amount of money for a drug exchange that night at the home of Dominick Yarbrough and Ashley Egan, while Bruch remained outside in a vehicle. The suspects fled the scene.

Egan, 26, died a short time after being gunned down in her home around 10:30 p.m. Feb. 4, according to previous reports. Her fiancé, 24-year-old Yarbrough, was shot in the leg and called 911 for help outside his home.

Roberts was picked up March 1 in Memphis, Tennessee on unrelated charges, MPD reported. Roberts waived extradition and was transported to Hopkins County Jail today.

Roberts also was charged with first-degree robbery and murder. A photo was not available on the jail website this evening.
