Police LightMADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/16/19) — A husband was accused of striking his wife during an apparent argument over a messy residence.

Madisonville Police Department officers responded to a Southland Drive residence related to the 12:48 p.m. Monday disturbance complaint.

According to an arrest report, officers spoke to 29-year-old Jeremy Randall Kutella, who told officers he and his wife were “fighting over the residence not being cleaned.”

MPD reported Kutella stated he got angry and became physical by smacking her across the face. The wife told police Kutella struck her on the side of her face and tried to choke her.

He was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault-domestic violence. Kutella was listed as released from Hopkins County Jail today on $500 cash bond.

MPD also released the following reports today:

Frances C. Kime of Madisonville was charged April 16 with failure to appear in court (Muhlenberg County).

Vincent Marks of Madisonville was charged April 15 with failure to appear (Muhlenberg County).

Donna M. Massey of Greenville was charged April 15 with two counts of failure to appear (Muhlenberg County).
