Shawn Bourland, 28 of Providence, first-degree trafficking in controlled substance (methamphetamine-2 grams or more/weapon enhanced), possession of synthetic drugs and drug paraphernalia.

April M. Carty, 42 of White Plains, first-degree trafficking in controlled substance (meth-2 grams or more).

Robert Caudill, 58 of Dawson Springs, first-degree possession of controlled substance (meth).

Hannah Dowell, 29 of Livermore, first-degree criminal possession of forged instrument and first-degree persistent felony offender.

Richard Geary, 45 of Earlington, public intoxication, first-degree promoting contraband, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of controlled substance (meth/second offense), possession of synthetic drugs and first-degree persistent felony offender.

Jason Holleman, 38 of Paducah, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse (child younger than 12 years old/forcible compulsion or mentally incapacitated).

Mark Mikulski, 56 of Madisonville, three counts of first-degree sexual abuse (child younger than 12 years old/forcible compulsion or mentally incapacitated).

Tyrese Mosby, 19 of Madisonville, receiving stolen property (firearm), first-degree wanton endangerment (police officer), tampering with physical evidence and driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Lionel Presman, 37 of Prairie View, Illinois, first-degree possession of controlled substance (methadone), possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Jyreke Stum, 20 of Madisonville, trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces), tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying concealed deadly weapon, public intoxication and first-degree promoting contraband.

Holly Cooper, 36 of Hanson, three counts of first-degree trafficking in controlled substance (meth-2 grams or more), possession of marijuana, first-degree promoting contraband, first-degree trafficking controlled substance (meth-less than 2 grams), tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and trafficking in synthetic drugs.

Aaron Crawford, 30 of Madisonville, trafficking in synthetic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, leaving to scene of an accident, first-degree trafficking in meth-2 grams or more, third-degree assault (peace officer), second-degree fleeing police, resisting arrest, felon in possession of firearm and first-degree persistent felony offender.

Joseph Eli, 51 of Nortonville, first-degree possession of controlled substance (meth) and public intoxication.

Mar’Keil Foster, 20 of Madisonville, fraudulent firearm transaction.

Dustin Grant, 28 of Madisonville, first-degree trafficking in controlled substance (meth-2 grams or more/second offense), tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree persistent felony offender.

Jeri Hammons, 32 of Hopkinsville, theft by unlawful taking (Ram pickup truck valued at less than $1 million), receiving stolen property (vehicle-less than $1 million) and unauthorized use of motor vehicle.

Curtis Herron, 25 of Madisonville, driving on a suspended or revoke license, first-degree trafficking in controlled substance (meth-2 grams or more/weapon enhanced), possession of synthetic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, felon in possession of firearm and second-degree persistent felony offender.

Glenn Harper, 55 of Dawson Springs, kidnapping of a minor, third-degree rape (younger than 16 years old), third-degree sodomy (child under 16), first-degree sexual abuse and incest (child under 16).

Mickey Royal, 35 of Dawson Springs, third-degree assault (law enforcement officer) and resisting arrest.

Candis Spinks, 39 of Madisonville, first-degree trafficking in controlled substance (meth-less than 2 grams), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree escape, tampering with physical evidence and first-degree persistent felony offender.

Steven Spurlin, 31 of Marion, second-degree fleeing police, first-degree trafficking in controlled substance (meth-2 grams or more), failure to notify DOT of address change and first-degree persistent felony offender.

Jonathan Wilson, 40 of Madisonville, first-degree fleeing police, three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, reckless driving, two counts of driving on a suspended or revoked license, speeding 26 mph or greater over limit, two counts of first-degree trafficking in controlled substance (meth-2 grams or more/second offense), tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, excessive window tint, second-degree trafficking in controlled substance (amphetamine-10 dosage units), tampering with physical evidence and first-degree persistent felony offender.
