livermore duoLIVERMORE, Ky. (5/21/18) — A Kentucky State Police investigation into the report of a theft resulted in drug arrests after a trooper located methamphetamine yesterday at a Livermore residence.

KSP said troopers responded to a theft complaint at 11:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Comey Dock Drive. While investigating, a trooper discovered what appeared to be methamphetamine, marijuana and multiple glass pipes on two people inside the residence.

KSP charged Tony D. Bray, 46 of Livermore with first-degree possession of a controlled substance/meth – first offense, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rachel E. Willis, 43 of Livermore was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance/meth – first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bray and Willis are being held in the Daviess County Detention Center, each on a $5,000 full cash bond.
