RiverDawgsBaseballOWENSBORO, Ky. (7/15/19) — Prevailing at home, determined Owensboro outlasted Muhlenberg County 4-3 in an Ohio Valley League game at Independence Bank Field at Chautauqua Park on Sunday.

Bo Robison earned the pitching win for the RiverDawgs. Robison surrendered zero runs on one hit over two and a third innings, striking out one and walking one. Another pitcher, Drake Hamil, threw one and two-thirds innings in relief out of the bullpen for the RiverDawgs. Hamil recorded the last five outs to post the save.

Reece Puckett suffered the pitching loss for the Stallions. Puckett surrendered one run on three hits over three innings, striking out three and walking one.

Parker Stahlman, Josh Bennett and Kyle Hogwood led Owensboro at the plate, providing two hits apiece. Bennett drove in two of the RiverDawgs' four runs. 

Adrian Minjares and Jake Edwards paced Muhlenberg County with two hits apiece. Tucker Jordan, who finished with one hit, drove in two of the Stallions' three runs.
