LockGREENVILLE, Ky. (3/6/18) — Two people went to jail in Muhlenberg County today when police went to a Bremen residence.

Greenville Police Officer B.W. DeArmond and Muhlenberg Deputy Alex Piper went to a Kentucky 175 North residence, where they charged Sara Reynolds, 24, who was inside the residence.

Police discovered 25-year-old Preston Lock of Russellville attempting to leave the residence through the back door.

Lock allegedly had a substance believed to be methamphetamine in his possession.

Police charged Lock with first-degree possession of a controlled substance/meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence and parole violation.

Reynolds was charged with possession of a legend drug and served a warrant on hindering prosecution.

Both are being held in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
