A CCPD press release said CCPD and MCSO were joined by Kentucky State Police as the Mustang sped along Kentucky 81 North toward Bremen. The Mustang began stalling out and struck a KSP cruiser in the 7000 block of Kentucky 81 North, which is near the intersection of Kentucky 81 and Kentucky 181 just inside the Muhlenberg County line.
