Roger B. Risinger, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. - first offense with aggravators, $703.

Doris W. Stone, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, $501.

Stevie Lee McCrady, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. - first offense and second-degree possession of a controlled substance/meth – first offense, $913.

Edwin W. Arndell, public intoxication/controlled substance excludes alcohol and menacing, $318.

Ethan M Davis, giving a police officer false information, $248.

Blake A. House, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and menacing, $593.

Jeffery Vincent, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. - first offense, $793.

Justin T. Ragland, illegal taking/pursuing deer/wild turkey, $1,240.

Rhonda Foster, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, $443.

Dawn Mishell Williams, speeding 21 MPH over the limit, $203.

Eddie Hundley, operating a motor vehicle with expired operator’s license and failure of owner to maintain insurance, $653.

Jamie Lynn Young, theft of services, $6,043.21.

Angel Marie Douglas, criminal possession of a forged instrument, $583.

Brian Scott Kingen, regulations necessary to implement purpose, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess, $413.

Jason T. Pointer, theft by unlawful taking/auto - $500 or more but less than $10,000, first-degree criminal mischief and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, $443.

Jeremy A. Level, reckless driving, first-degree fleeing or evading police/motor vehicle, first-degree fleeing or evading police/foot and second-degree wanton endangerment, $243.

Zachery Hunter Scott, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, no/expired registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, $353.

David Wade Lee, failure to wear seat belts, $25.

Sara Jo Reynolds, failure to wear seat belts, $25.

Stephanie Michelle Hudnall, drug paraphernalia – buy/possess, $263.

James Ray Brown, fourth-degree assault with no visible injury, alcohol intoxication in a public place – first and second offenses, second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree terroristic threatening and third-degree criminal trespassing, $268.

Heather Embry, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. - first offense and failure to/or improper signal, $733.

Michael Tanner, receiving stolen property less than $500, $312.50.

David Ray Reed, fourth-degree assault, $193.

William Thomas Kirby, driving on a DUI suspended license, $253.
