lambert caryGREENVILLE, Ky. (9/21/18) — A Muhlenberg man and woman face drug-related charges after authorities served a search warrant at a Cornette Road residence yesterday.

Muhlenberg County Sheriff Detective Troy Gibson, assigned to the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force, along with deputies, Probation and Parole and Kentucky State Police went to the home of Michael Lambert, 41, to investigate.

PNTF officials said when police arrived, they smelled the odor of ether and spotted a four-wheeler that was believed to have been stolen. After obtaining a search warrant, officers located several items used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Lambert was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine – second offense and receiving stolen property - less than $10,000. Amy Cary, 40, was charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both are being held in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
