phi at 175wreckBREMEN, Ky. (8/8/19) — Three people were injured during a two-vehicle collision in the intersection of Kentucky 175 and Kentucky 181 near Lake Venus yesterday.

Kentucky State Police said Danny Miller, 72 of Bremen was headed north on Kentucky 175 at the intersection as Fieldon Vincent, 51 of Greenville was headed south on Kentucky 181. Vincent ran the stop sign at the four-way stop in his 2005 Chevrolet pickup and struck the driver's side of Miller's 2011 Chevrolet pickup.

Vincent was transported by a family member to Owensboro Muhlenberg Community Hospital while his passenger, 54-year-old Twania Rayborn of Greenville was taken by PHI medical ambulance to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment of what appeared to be serious injuries. Miller was taken to Baptist Health Madisonville, said KSP.

Trooper Mark Combs is continuing the investigation.

BREMEN, Ky. (8/7/19) — Authorities are headed to a two-vehicle, injury accident, which occurred shortly before noon, at the intersection of Kentucky 175 and Kentucky 181 near Lake Venus.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area as emergency workers assist the injured motorists.

PHI Air Medical is shown above arriving on the scene of the accident at approximately 12:30 p.m.
