cody arrestMUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (8/15/19) — A resident of Beech Creek Browder Road reported coming home to find a man with a weapon inside his home Monday night.

Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Office said Cody McIntosh, 26 of Dunmor was charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, first-degree wanton endangerment and criminal mischief.

McIntosh is being held in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center, where he is also listed as being charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police and possession of marijuana.

MCSO said deputies Jeremy Mahan and Jeremy Rose are continuing investigations into burglaries in the Beech Creek Browder Road area with the possibility of additional charges to follow.
