drug investigation 03 300BELTON, Ky. (9/20/19) — A Cleaton woman faces drug trafficking charges after bust operation by the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force yesterday at the county convenience site in Belton.

Muhlenberg County Sheriff Detective Troy Gibson, who is assigned to PNTF, said an undercover buy had been made from the woman and when police approached her at the Muhlenberg County Waste Site on U.S. 431, she was in possession of meth and a glass meth pipe.

Gibson charged Kimberly D. Dukes, 54 of Cleaton with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance/meth, first-degree possession of a controlled substance/meth and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.

Kentucky State Police DESI West assisted with the investigation.
