drug arrests1 300CENTRAL CITY, Ky. (12/29/19) — Three people were arrested following a traffic stop in Central City.

Central City Police Department reported Officer Justin Gunterman was on patrol Dec. 20. He initiated a traffic stop along South Ninth Street for a minor moving violation.

A passenger identified as Mark Williams of Dunmor, was served a Warren County bench warrant, and also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Another passenger identified as Jesse LeGrand of Central City, had an active criminal summons, according to police. LeGrand tried to flee on foot, but was quickly apprehended. He was reported to be found in possession of a handgun and also charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine-more than 2 grams), resisting arrest, tampering with physical evidence, convicted felon in possession of a handgun and possession of drug paraphernalia.

CCPD reported after the vehicle was searched, the driver, listed as Jodi Fulkerson of Belton, was charged with first-degree possession of meth, improper equipment, two counts of illegal possession of a legend drug and two counts of prescription in improper container.

All three were taken to Muhlenberg County Jail. CCPD Officer Kobe Hart assisted with the investigation.
