Petrona Matias-Juan, possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs - first offense and no operator’s/moped license, $728.

Jennifer Lynn West, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, improper registration plate, failure to produce insurance card and one headlight, $168.

Katherine Lynne Baker, failure to produce insurance card and no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, $168.

Jeffrey Leach, license to be in possession and driving too fast for traffic conditions, $178.

Charlie Smallwood, operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs - first offense, $728.
