middle of the road arrestHARTFORD, Ky. (4/22/18) — A Centertown man was charged with meth possession after police said he was walking into oncoming traffic in the middle of the road Friday night.

Kentucky State Police reported Carlos E. Burnette, 38, was walking at around 8 p.m. in the middle of Goshen Road. A trooper stopped to investigate and discovered Burnette was in possession of meth and a glass pipe.

Burnette was charged with possession of methamphetamine – first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication – controlled substance.

He was transported to Ohio County Detention Center.
