Bryant T. Goodman of Beaver Dam was charged May 12 with theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others under $500.

Candace Pearl Heflin of Horse Branch was charged April 27 with harassing communications.

Cody Heflin of Beaver Dam was charged May 16 with drug paraphernalia - buy/possess, first-degree possession of controlled substance (meth) first offense, license plate not legible and theft by unlawful taking and disposition all others $500 or more but under $10,000.

Seth W. Horton of Hartford was served May 16 with first-degree possession of controlled substance (meth) first offense, drug paraphernalia - buy/possess and execution of bench warrant for failure to appear.

Savannah Tait of Beaver Dam was charged May 11 with first-degree possession controlled substance (meth) first offense, drug paraphernalia - buy/possess and possession of marijuana.

Dwayne Keith Shrewsbury of Beaver Dam was charged May 11 with no operator's license/moped license, driving on DUI suspended license - first offense, first-degree possession of controlled substance (meth) second offense, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia - buy/possess.

Robert C. Coates of Owensboro was charged May 3 with speeding 21 MPH over limit failure to produce insurance card, trafficking in marijuana - first offense, drug paraphernalia - buy/possess, third-degree trafficking in controlled substance - first offense, possession of marijuana, third-degree possession controlled substance - drug unspecified, receiving stolen property (firearm) and operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs.

Heather M. Ralph of Reynolds Station was cited May 13 with no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to maintain required insurance - first offense and improper equipment.

William Lavon Minton of Beaver Dam was charged April 12 with operating ATV on roadway.

Dillon Midkiff of Centertown was charged May 15 with failure to report traffic accident, possession of handgun by convicted felon and receiving stolen property (firearm).

Terry Harrison of Hartford was charged May 16 first-degree wanton endangerment and third-degree terroristic threatening.

Martin Jones of Hartford was charged May 3 with third-degree criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking or disposition controlled substance under $10,000 and third-degree burglary.

Magdalene Louise Carter of Owensboro wa cited with speeding 20 MPH over limit.

Meghan Baize of Beaver Dam was charged May 15 with public intoxication - controlled substance (excludes alcohol) and  execution of complaint warrant for fraudaulant use of credit card.

Mark A. Baize of Hartford was charged April 18 failure to wear seatbelt, failure to produce insurance care, license to be in possession and failure to appear.

Tammy Bennett of Fordsville was charged May 19 with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.

Craig Mason of Hartford was charged May 12 with first-degree bail jumping and persistent felony offender.

Michael D. Padgett of Hartford was charged May 22 with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) no visible injury.

Jeremy Hall of Hartford was charged with first-degree trafficking in controlled substance (meth) first offense and persistent felon offender.

Cole Simpson of Utica was charged May 19 with no registration plates, no registration plates, improper display of registration plates and non-payment of fines.

Mark W. Ringkor of Utica was charged May 19 with violation of EPO/DVO.
