inhulsen arrestHARTFORD, Ky. (7/16/18) — A Beaver Dam man faces multiple charges after authorities said he was driving a vehicle with a stolen registration plate and had a large cache of methamphetamine.

Kentucky State Police stopped a vehicle driven by Daniel Inhulsen, 28, shortly after 4 p.m. Thursday for a traffic violation. KSP said Inhulsen was driving a vehicle with a stolen plate taken from another vehicle. During a search, the trooper located a significant amount of meth and a syringe inside the vehicle.

Inhulsen was charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance/meth – first offense, first-degree possession of a controlled substance/meth – second offense, trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of a motor vehicle registration plate, no registration plate and no registration receipt.

Inhulsen is being held in the Ohio County Detention Center on a $5,000 cash bond.
