Madisonville North Hopkins MaroonsPADUCAH, Ky. (5/19/19) — Madisonville-North Hopkins was limited to one hit and held scoreless as host McCracken County pulled away to win 11-0 in five innings in a high school baseball game on Saturday.

With the loss, Madisonville-North Hopkins dropped to 18-14.

McCracken County improved to 26-7 with the win.

Ben Higdon was the winning pitcher for the Mustangs. Higdon pitched three innings, allowing zero runs on one hit and striking out four.

Landon Cline took the pitching loss for the Maroons. Cline pitched two innings, allowing two hits and three runs while walking zero.

Grant Davis and Grant Godwin led McCracken County at the plate, providing two hits apiece.

Parker Mathis accounted for Madisonville-North Hopkins' lone hit in the shutout loss.
