bill adcockKENTUCKY (6/24/19) — Franklin Graham: “Christianity is defined by God’s Word — not man’s. Truth (in the USA) is rejected by many.” Franklin continues … our culture “makes light of sin — we see and hear this from many entertainers, athletes and politicians. The hope for America doesn’t lie in politics, but in God. Rather than turn our back on Him, we need to look to Him for answers to the problems our nation faces.”  — Franklin Graham  7 June 2019

Rev. Graham is right on target. Also, John Stonestreet wrote on May 13, 2019: “Christians in the marketplace must ‘stand at the edge where culture meets biblical truth,’ and take on the prevalent anti-Christian culture by sharing the Christians’ viewpoint. 1 Peter 3:15 backs this up with “always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you …”  In other words, Peter is declaring, “Christians, defend our faith.”

An example:  “For years, the Southern Poverty Law Center has actually instigated violence in this country with its publications. After decades of near immunity from their actions, the SPLC is finally vulnerable.

Senator Tom Cotton has joined with Eugene Delgaudio’s Public Advocate organization calling for “an IRS investigation into the SPLC's tax status.”  Why? Because in the past, the SPLC had characterized and classified Christian believers “with”  the KKK.

Groups opposed to Christianity do not like what people of faith stand for — “which is our First Amendment religious liberty, religious speech, marriage between one man and one woman; and a biblical definition of a Christian family.”  What we stand “for” defines us —
not what rivals like SPLC say about us.

Public Advocate Eugene Delgaudio’s May 7, 2019, newsletter states: “The Southern Poverty Law Center is suffering one defeat after another! Twitter has formally cut ties with the SPLC.”

Christians, it is OK to stand up where culture confronts us. Give answers with biblical truth.
