interstate 69 300SEBREE, Ky. (10/18/18) — The southbound I-69 Exit ramp to Kentucky 56 at Sebree Exit 134 in Webster County will be closed today, state highway officials reported.

Sebree Exit 134 will be closed from approximately 10 a.m.-4 p.m. to allow milling and paving at the site of a water main break that occurred recently, Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Keith Todd reported.

The water main break washed out dirt along both sides of the southbound exit ramp from I-69 Southbound to Kentucky 56 at Sebree. The excavated area has now settled enough to allow the area to be paved, Todd said.

A message board will be placed along the southbound lanes of I-69 to alert drivers seeking to connect to Kentucky 56 at Sebree to use the Kentucky 416 Robards-Niagara Exit 140 interchange to connect with U.S. 41, then head south to Sebree.
