thermWEBSTER COUNTY, Ky. (7/17/19) — Webster County Emergency Management Agency listed the following facilities will serve as cooling centers through the expected heat wave this week: 

Providence Community Center — 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Thursday-Sunday

Webster County Library (Dixon) — 9 a.m.-4 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday

Clay Community Center — 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday-Friday

Sebree City Hall — 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday-Friday

Webster County Community Center (Dixon) 

Webster County Senior Citizen Center (Dixon) — 8 a.m.-6 p.m. for seniors 60 plus. Seniors in need of transportation can call (270) 639-5394

Landon’s Hope (Sebree) — 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Patchwork Coffee (Clay) — 7 a.m.-2 p.m. (extended if needed)

The following locations are on standby if needed:

Poole Fire Department

Clay Fire Department
