Dewey CrowleyBEAVER DAM, Ky. — Dual W. "Dewey" Crowley, of Beaver Dam, died Tuesday, May 3, 2016, in Louisville, Ky. He was born in Sebree, Ky., to the late Elmer and Alma Mae Drake Crowley.

Dewey was a retired steelworker, he was a Kentucky Wildcat Fan, a sideband talker and he loved to fish. He was a member of the Muhlenberg County Conservation Club, Independence Baptist Church and, most of all, he loved God and his family.

Survivors include his wife, Kay Lindsey Crowley; four sons, Eddie, Dual, II, Ralph and Joe; his mother-in-law, Rava Moseley Lindsey; two sisters, Zelma Vest and Anna Jane Stanley; a granddaughter, Emmalee Crowley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Gilda Duncan; and a brother, Dennis Ray Crowley.

Services are 1 p.m. Friday at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. Jerry Toler officiating. Burial will be in Rosine Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until funeral time on Friday at the funeral home.

The Family requests expessions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Dewey Crowley Memorial fund.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
