cabinWEBSTER COUNTY, Ky. (2/10/19) — Carl “Moose” Smith, 65 of Sebree, died Thrusday at Baptist Health Madisonville.

He was born Aug. 24, 1953 in Grape Ridge to the late Clate Smith Sr. and Effie Mae (Wilson) Smith. Carl was a farmer and enjoyed fishing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Clate Smith Jr., James Elmer Smith, Bobby Gene Smith, sister Thelma Lee Springfield and great-nephew Clayton Smith.

Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel, with Rev. Thornton Stanley officiating. Burial will be in Onton Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Tuesday until service time at the funeral home.
